SUNDAY 9/27
  • 2-5 pm — Registration open, Maryland Room
  • 4:30 pm — River Cruise: Narrated 70- min. historical and scenic cruise on the Miles River on two-level Patriot, operated out of the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum. (1.9 mi.) Beverage and snack bar on board.
  • Dinner on your own.
MONDAY 9/28
  • 8:30-11 am — Registration open, Maryland Room.
  • 8:30 am-5 pm — Tricky Tray auction, Maryland Room.
  • 8:30-9 am — Rally School, Chesapeake Room
  • 9 am-Noon — Scenic road rally, with focus on the history of the St Michaels area. (Departure from hotel front parking lot)
  • 9 am-1 pm — Hospitality, Eastern Shore Room
  • 10 am-5 pm — Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum open. Discounted tickets available with registration. (1.9 mi.)
  • 1-3 pm — Crab Feast, Chesapeake Landing Restaurant (4.5 mi.) Basic buffet features fried chicken, Old Bay fries, corn on the cob, watermelon and brownies. Add Maryland Blue Crabs (some disassembly required), or add Crab Cakes if you like crab, but don't want to work for it.
  • 3-5 pm — Gymkhana, St Michaels Mission Church (0.6 mi.)
  • 5-6:30 pm — Valve Cover Races, Chesapeake Room
  • 6:30 pm — Reception: Free wine / hors d'oeuvres, Chesapeake Room
  • 7-9 pm — Charity Auction, Chesapeake Room. Bid on your favorite auction items, or just watch the fun as others bid. Proceeds donated to the Automotive Technician Apprenticeship Program at the Classic Motor Museum of St Michaels.

TUESDAY 9/29
  • 8-9 am — Registration open, Maryland Room
  • 8-9 am — ASHTC Board Meeting, Talbot Room
  • 10 am-5 pm — Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum open. Discounted tickets available with registration. (1.9 mi.)
  • 11 am-Noon — Tech Session, Chesapeake Room. Presentation by Bruce Phillips of Healey Surgeons in Takoma Park, Md.
  • Noon-3 pm — Hospitality, Eastern Shore Room (Pick up box lunch to take to the show — pre-order with registration.
  • Noon-3 pm — Popular Car Show, rear parking lot of hotel. Relax in the outdoor gazebo and seating area at the show.
  • 3-4:30 pm — Private tour of Classic Motor Museum of St Michaels. Free to all registrants. (1.2 mi.)
  • 5:30-6:30 pm — Reception, The Oaks Waterfront Hotel (2.5 mi.)
